The Conference Park has superb residential and non-residential conference facilities adjacent to Birmingham University campus, located in the quiet suburb of Edgbaston and only two miles away from Birmingham City Centre. Lucas House is the main building and houses the 24-hour reception and largest meeting room that can seat 90 delegates, smaller meeting rooms are available. Peter Scott House is a purpose-built facility with one main meeting room seating to 50 delegates and 4 syndicate rooms each seating 8. Hornton Grange was built during the early years of the 20th Century. This imposing Grade II listed residence stands in attractive and peaceful gardens and retains a wealth of features from its impressive oak-panelled reception and bar, ornate ceilings, mouldings and archways. All are tastefully restored to enhance every feature. Meeting rooms range in size, seating from 10 - 60 delegates, with a number of adjacent syndicate rooms. Garth House is an elegant country house building dating from 1901. Care has been taken to retain most of the original features. There are two meeting rooms seating up to 30 delegates, 3 syndicate rooms and a comfortable lounge.
