Booking Conditions and Cancellation Charges
All bookings are provisional and will be held for 14 days until arrangements have been confirmed in writing.
Conference Aston reserves the right to charge cancellation fees if there is any shortfall in the numbers on the confirmed booking.

Less than 4 weeks notice - 100% of total charge;

4 - 8 weeks notice - 50% of total charge;

9 - 12 weeks notice - 25% of total charge
