The Kings Court Hotel, originally a Tudor farmhouse situated in the village of Kings Coughton, where the infamous gunpowder plot was hatched, has been delightfully extended over the years. All our meeting rooms while varying in size, enjoy natural daylight and comfortable surroundings.

We offer a competitive range of daily and 24 hour delegate packages. Alternatively all our rooms are available on a room hire only basis.

The Warwick Room is our largest conference room and is ideally suited to training courses, business meetings, presentations, private dinners and seminars. Size: 16 metres x 5.5 metres. Seating Capacities: Boardroom Style (for conferences and private dinners) - 40 delegates; Theatre Style (for auctions, seminars and large presentations) - 120 delegates; Classroom Style (for training courses) - 60 delegates; U-Shape - 45 delegates; Hollow Square (ideal for conferences and small private meetings) - 40 delegates.

The Boardroom offers superb facilities for a business meeting, interview room, small training course or seminar. Size: 6 metres x 4.5 metres. Seating Capacities: Boardroom Style - 14 delegates; Theatre Style - 25 delegates; Classroom Style - 18 delegates

The Grafton Room is ideal for a small training course and also would ideally complement the Warwick Room as a large syndicate room. Size: 9 metres x 5 metres. Seating Capacities Boardroom Style - 12 delegates; Theatre Style - 20 delegates

The Avon Room is suitable for the smaller business meeting or for use as an interview room; also acts as an ideal syndicate room. Size: 5.5 metres x 3.5 metres. Seating Capacities Boardroom Style - 8 delegates.

A selection of menus is available for any size party up to 100 guests.
