| Hillscourt Conference Centre has been built around the attractively gabled Hillscourt House that was built in 1897 and is set in 25 acres of its own attractive grounds and gardens, eight miles from the City centre. Conference hall services include modern and flexible audio-visual system incorporating the latest data/video projection facilities; ceiling-mounted projection unit projects images from computer or video sources onto a 6ft by 6ft retractable screen at the front of the hall. Equipped with an integral VHS player, SDI player and off-air TV receiver; two channel radio-microphones public address system and built-in induction loop to assist hearing aid users; portable multi media units are available for use in the smaller meeting rooms. Conference lunches are served buffet style offering a range of hot dishes.
