The Abbey Hotel is a great place for conferences and meetings and is situated in 175 acres of lovely north Worcestershire countryside that once belonged to the now ruined local abbey. The Abbey has established itself as a leading 4 star venue, where very few other hotels can summon such an atmosphere of total relaxation and tranquility with an excellent restaurant, health club and an 18 hole golf course. A number of pegs for fishing are located around and within the golf course, either on our man-made lakes or on the banks of the Dagnell End Brook and River Arrow, all of which are stocked with carp and a wide range of other fish. The golf shop offers a wide range of the best names in golf equipment, sportswear and shoes, as well as golf club along with trolley hire in addition to club repair service. The fully equipped gymnasium features advanced computer controlled toning and conditioning equipment. Adjacent to the impressive indoor pool - which is a constant depth of 4' 9", are the whirlpool spa bath, steam room, solarium, sauna and shower. The poolside area is furnished with loungers and chairs providing a relaxing restful environment. Delegates are provided with individual note pads and pens, cordials, mineral water and sweets. Flip chart, overhead projector and screen are also provided within the delegate rate. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day and include morning coffee, Chefs hot and cold buffet lunch and afternoon tea.
