What is included in the Subscription price

The yearly Subscription fee plus VAT includes a hyperlink to a sales or enquiries email of yours plus a second link to your website. An option of a third link to a downloadable hotel brochure is also available at no extra charge. You can change your information within your listing, which is a full page within our site, as often as you wish.

We also use Google sponsored links, also known as Ad Words to signpost meeting and conference organisers to www.nationalvenues.co.uk - and to your facilities.

Terms and Conditions

Payment is due by cheque or BACs, within 28 days of the date of invoice

You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims and all direct, indirect or consequential liabilities (including loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and similar losses), costs, proceedings, damages and expenses (including legal and other professional fees and expenses) awarded against, or incurred or paid by, us as a result of or in connection with:

1. any alleged or actual infringement, whether or not under English law, by us, of any third party's intellectual property rights or other rights as a result of the use of the information contained within your listing; or
2. any claim made against us in respect of any liability, loss, damage, injury, cost or expense sustained by any third party to the extent that such liability, loss, damage, injury, cost or expense caused by, relates to or arises as a consequence of any misrepresentation within your listing or direct or indirect breach or negligent performance or failure or delay in the performance of your obligations to any third party who procured your services as a direct or indirect result of your listing within our site.

This indemnity shall survive termination of the contract between you and us, however arising.

You are only committed to the one-year subscription and we shall contact you by email and post, 28 days before your subscription is due to expire, to request your instructions as to whether you wish to renew your subscription for the following year, starting from the day after the date of the expiry of the preceding year's subscription.

1. If you do not reply to our request within 14 days of the date of our request, we shall assume that you intend to renew your subscription and accordingly we shall send you our confirmation email and invoice for your renewed subscription no later than 6 weeks after the date on which your subscription is renewed. Payment of this invoice is due from you, by cheque or BACs, within 28 days of the date of this invoice. The subscription renewal fee is £55.00 plus VAT. Please note that we reserve the right to vary the subscription renewal fee from time to time upon prior notice to you.
2. If you inform us that you do not wish to renew your subscription for the following year before the date of expiry of the preceding year's subscription, your subscription will end and your listing will be removed from our website at the end of the business day on which your subscription expires
3. If you inform us that you do not wish to renew your subscription after your subscription has been automatically renewed in accordance with paragraph
   1. you shall be liable for
      1. the reasonable administrative charges which we incur due to the late cancellation of your subscription; and
      2. the listing charge for the period in which your listing has been advertised on our website after the date of expiry of your preceding year's subscription. For the avoidance of doubt, the charge shall be calculated pro-rata to a year's subscription renewal fee as stated in paragraph (a) above.
