Our hydrotherapy pool will massage every part of you with strategically placed water jets at differing heights for each tired muscle and envelop you in a volcano of bubbles to increase circulation. After a total hydrotherapy massage you can relax on the airbed loungers and let the bubbles work. A range of experience showers and thermal treatment rooms, including herbal sauna, crystal steam room, ice room, laconicum and tepidarium surround the hydrotherapy pool area. The perfect place to unwind

The VIP Treatment
Enjoy full use of SenSpa facilities PLUS a champagne reception with a selection of canapés served in the tranquil setting of our Zen Garden restaurant prior to dinner. Choose this on your first evening only or each evening if you wish.

Energise the Body and Mind
Why not book a relaxation class during lunch? This will help to relax and re focus the mind and body for the afternoon ahead. Our classes vary from yoga to circuit training and body balance to meditation. These classes are usually held in our Thai studio, however, can be held in the comfort of your conference room.
For a ½ hour session add on £50.00 per session to your account

Restore and Rejuvenate
Exclusive to our conference delegates, we can offer a 15 minute "Anti Stress Massage". Our gentle Thai trained therapists will bring the treatment room to your conference room. This massage focuses on the back, neck and shoulders to relieve stress and tension, which is perfect for those who are high on stress and short on time!!
Up to 10 delegates add on £20.00 per person per session or for 10 delegates or more add on £15.00 per person per session

Careys Manor is set in one of the most picturesque and ancient woodlands. We can arrange for you to explore the New Forest whilst enjoying some fresh air and exercise. Why not arrange a morning jog or an early evening brisk walk? Wind down or wind up!
