We understand that some essential elements for a successful conference are location, flexibility / knowledge of customers' needs and expectations, quallity service, relaxed, peaceful and quiet environment and a full range of up to date conference facilities and accommodation All of these elements are provided at The Hayes at prices rarely beaten.

You will find The Hayes Conference Centre set in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside with easy road, rail and air links. Two large halls seat 400, with a further two seating 150 and 140 respectively. A purpose built chapel set in a quiet part of the site can seat 350. Numerous smaller meeting rooms seating between 20 & 70 delegates together with syndicate rooms make a total of over 30 spaces for small group work All rooms have natural daylight and ventilation and can be laid out in a variety of styles such as theatre, boardroom or informally. For the smaller conference we aim to allocate meeting rooms in one area for fellowship and a "quiet and away from it all" feel.

All of our larger halls have integral P.A recordable to tape along with CD and tape playback. Induction loop systems are installed in the Chapel, Derbyshire, Main and Small Conference Halls. A large range of audio visual equipment is readily available including data projectors, DVD and video players, televisions, OHPs and flipcharts. Our experienced staff are able to help with your particular A.V. needs and discuss your meeting room layout. An Internet Room is now open for guests to access their emails. There are a further 16 meeting rooms to seat between 2 and 15. Seating configurations with a dash imply that there are other rooms more suitable for that style of seating. We have two pleasantly designed dining rooms to seat your conference serving 'family service' style meals or self service buffets. We are happy to provide specific meals for delegates with special diets such as vegetarian, gluten free or low fat.
