No. of meeting rooms We have 11 fully equipped Conference rooms, all with full air conditioning. We have the space and facilities to offer solutions to all conference, meeting and event enquiries as well as weddings and special events.
Max No. of delegates We can accommodate meetings from 2 people to a full presentation for 320 guests in our largest room and with our flexible approach we can deliver very clients needs. We also have free on site car parking for up to 200 cars.

  • Your dedicated Conference Co-ordinator will ensure that pre-meeting details such as date, time, numbers, layout and refreshments are organised.
  • Our appointed Duty Manager and Day Porters will meet you on arrival and be available throughout the day.
  • A room layout to meet your needs and fully serviced during the main break.
  • Tea/coffee and lunch breaks served to you at your specified time.
  • A promise to serve lunch in your allocated time span (unless otherwise requested).
  • An itemised invoice ready for payment/signature on departure.
  • A post-meeting follow-up call within 48 hours.

Our Arosa Restaurant is renowned for excellent home-made food and we have two bars - the Arosa Cocktail Bar and Lounge and the new Townfields Public Bar and Lounge.
